Care, Comfort, and Curiosity: Your Baby’s First Year of School

At KidsCampus, your child’s journey begins in a warm, secure, and nurturing environment designed to support early growth and give you peace of mind. Our Infant Care Programme, specially tailored for babies aged 2 to 18 months, offers more than just babysitting – it is your child’s first school experience, and lays a strong, loving foundation for learning and lifelong development.

We prioritise responsive caregiving, blending it with gentle, intentional experiences that support your child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive milestones. Every cuddle, story, and sensory activity is thoughtfully planned in our curriculum to spark curiosity, build confidence, and bring joy to your child in school.

From tummy time to storytelling, our educators create meaningful routines that support your child’s growth—helping them feel safe, seen, and ready to explore their world.

Our Infant Care Approach & Curriculum

At KidsCampus, our Infant Care Programme is designed to provide a safe, nurturing foundation for your baby’s earliest years. Grounded in our K.I.D.S. Framework, we support each child’s holistic development through:

Knowledge

Sensory exploration and meaningful daily routines that build familiarity and understanding.

Interaction

Responsive, loving exchanges that foster early language development and emotional bonding.

Discovery

Hands-on experiences that spark curiosity, critical thinking, and joyful learning.

Self-Confidence

Consistent, secure care that nurtures trust, independence, and self-assurance.

Our Infant Care Curriculum

Our Infant Care curriculum is aligned with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF), emphasising cognitive, language, physical, and socio-emotional development.

Inspired by the EYDF’s C.H.I.L.D. principles, our play-based infant curriculum includes:

Language & Communication

Daily reading sessions with simple, colourful books introduce infants to the rhythm of English, while rhymes and songs foster recognition of speech patterns. Engaging storytelling with expressive tones, gestures, and props like soft toys/puppets or textured books makes the experience interactive and memorable, stimulating their senses and building an early love for language.

01

Dual-language exposure through stories, rhymes, and interactive conversations.

02

Safe, stimulating activities to strengthen gross and fine motor skills.

Physical Development

Through engaging in indoor motor skills activities develop both gross and fine motor abilities essential for their growth. Basic gross motor skills, such as turning and lifting their head, rolling to both sides, and learning to crawl, help strengthen their muscles and coordination. At the same time, fine motor skills like grasping and pinching allow infants to explore their environment and enhance their hand-eye coordination. These activities support physical development while encouraging exploration and discovery in a safe and stimulating indoor environment.

Cognitive Development

To support the growth of infants’ thinking skills as they interact with the world around them, they are encouraged to explore different places like home, school, and nature. Materials that come in various shapes, colours, and textures are provided to spark curiosity. Infants are encouraged to use their senses (seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and tasting) to explore and observe their environment.

03

Encouraging babies to explore, observe, and make sense of their surroundings.

04

Building secure attachments, learning to express emotions, and developing early social awareness.

Social & Emotional Development

Social and emotional development refers to how infants’ interactions, emotions, and self-awareness evolve as they grow and learn from daily experiences. For infants, the learning experience is centered around forming secure relationships and expressing needs through gestures, facial cues, and body movements. The infants are nurtured through warm, responsive interactions, face-to-face play, and a supportive atmosphere.

Creative Expression

In art lessons, infants are introduced to basic elements such as lines, colours, shapes, and textures to engage their senses and support early development. These activities help infants explore their visual and tactile senses, fostering creativity and cognitive growth. By providing simple, safe materials like textured fabrics, colourful objects, and bold shapes, infants are encouraged to touch, feel, and look at different textures and colours. These experiences not only stimulate their brain development but also improve hand-eye coordination and motor skills.

05

Exposure to music, movement, and art to support sensory integration and early brain development.

Every interaction, routine, and experience is thoughtfully planned to support your baby’s growth – and to give you peace of mind.
